How does the program work?

Through a combination of online seminars, group discussions and one-on-one sessions, the Compass Program will help you improve your marketing approach and give you confidence in how you’re talking about your strategy.

 

What does the program include?

  • One-on-one calls to work with you on your marketing challenges
  • Group discussions to learn marketing tactics and share experiences
  • Access to email advice and resources during and after the program

One individual coaching session per month, via Zoom

  • Identifying the best marketing strategy for your business
  • Working on specific marketing projects
  • Providing support and resources for your internal team

In a small group of your peers, Steve will share marketing tactics, and lead discussions on the most pressing marketing challenges the group is facing.

  • A presentation on a key marketing topic
  • Group discussion on the topic, and any other issues
  • Sharing progress on your marketing goals

As part of the Compass program, you’ll have access to marketing resources and advice for a full 6 months:

  • Email support directly from Steve 
  • Access to a slack forum for marketing advice and discussion
  • Resources to help with your marketing projects
  • Advice and recommendations on hiring freelance help
